The project "Information and Consultation - To Meet and Explore Concrete Needs" is a project with the support of the European Commission emerges following the previous one (IC Into a New Dimension) and aims the presentation and the continuation of the analysis of the articulation of new realities with employees' information and consultation procedures, focusing the particular case of the European Framework agreements and their role facing restructuring situations.
It is also time to analyze the difficulties in the development of information and consultation, the Directives on information and consultation and the articulation between them with new realities, concrete examples and how they are applied in practice having in consideration the different realities and the articulation developed.
